Great customer service
I ordered the Tuttio ICT electric bike for my teenage son. It is a very good quality bike for the price range and even adults can enjoy it. The customer service is excellent. Tuttio sent me the replacement parts I requested immediately. I plan to purchase another Tuttio electric bike for my other son. Definitely recommend..

My motor had broken on my bike and within 3 days a new one was already being shipped, the customer service is great.

My son is loving his new Tuttio bike
My son is loving his new Tuttio bike. The ride is very comfortable. He’s been riding MX, and finally tried a e-bike. His favorite part is the acceleration.

Their customer service is the best I’ve experienced. They replaced a part of my bike for free. They also respond fast and always willing to help solve the issue.
