Experience is good they definitely…
Experience is good they definitely respond in a timely manner and I feel are committed to their customer satisfaction. This is not the first contact I’ve had with them and I can say the same thing about all contact I’ve had with them and would definitely recommend their product to others.

Customer service was great
Customer service was great, very responsive and helpful! Bike is great seems very sturdy and a great purchase. Parents and kids have ridden with no issues

My son loves his bike and rides it like it’s stolen
My son loves his bike and rides it hard every day! The bike holds up great and we’ve had no issues, despite his very rough treatment of it.

My son’s rear shock broke
My son’s rear shock broke, customer service has been fantastic in diagnosing and helping with the final result being shipping us new parts to swap. My son is ecstatic to get back riding his Tuttio.
