Tuttio has been great
Tuttio has been great. Very responsive support and overall a great buying experience. The company stands behind their bikes. For the price you can't beat the product.

We recently experienced a…battery issue
We recently experienced a battery/computer issue with our bike (purchased approximately 1 year ago). I communicated with Joy through email to resolve the issue by providing photos and videos of our bike. They were able to diagnose and resolve to our satisfaction. My son LOVES his Tuttio ICT and we are looking forward to him being back on the road very soon!!

Warrenty/customer Service
Unfortunately we had a small issue with the bike we purchased but they honored the warranty quickly and efficiently which we appreciate greatly!

Amazing!
Honestly, I’ve never met a customer service team as efficient and cooperative as tuttio’s! They replied to all my emails within 3-4 hours, and always made sure that I got what I wanted. Definitley 5/5 stars and would recommend to anyone wanting to buy an ebike.

Tuttio GB bike has been a great bike
Tuttio GB bike has been a great bike. Our son rides this daily and has had zero issues.

This bike is a work horse
This bike is a work horse! It has been ridden daily by a teenage boy and it has held up! Definitely recommend!
