The Soleil 01 is the model I have and…
The Soleil 01 is the model I have and it is one of the best ebikes I've ever rode. Perfect speed looks great awesome suspension for dirt and street riding. I would recommend for way more people to get it because it's awesome for the price and I've met so many more friends from riding great bike and company.

Customer service was able to troubleshoot our issues with the bike we purchased and shipped us a new controller for the issues we were having. Great customer service and fast response.

We purchased the tuttio arc-1 for my 8…
We purchased the tuttio arc-1 for my 8 year old. My son was riding it one day and it stopped working. I emailed customer service and they were great to work with! The bike is awesome and I would highly recommend getting one if you are looking for an e-bike! It’s definitely worth the money and if you have any issues like us they have great customer service!

Great bike and customer service
We bought our son the Tuttio Soleil 01 for Christmas and he absolutely loves riding it! We have had a couple of issues with parts needing replaced but customer service has been excellent helping to resolve issues and replace the parts.

Great bike for the price!
My son has been really happy with the bike especially the speed; really just a good/reliable bike overall. The bike has enough range to where he can ride around our city with no problems! Had some minor technical issues with the bike but the support staff has been great to communicate with and resolved the issue promptly.
