Good product and support
Product has provided many hours of fun for my son. Product support has been great resolving a self-inflicted issue that I could not solve myself. Would definitely consider purchasing from Tuttio again if or when I am in the market for another product.

The bike itself is astonishing
The bike itself is astonishing , and well built for the price . The shocks have held up for 400 miles without any issue . The customer service is great . Very thorough , but extremely helpful despite my lack of battery knowledge . My battery died and they have helped me attain a new warranty battery to continue riding the Sierra Nevada mountains !

So far the bike is great
So far the bike is great! Our son loves it!! The quality of the bike is great. Nice and sturdy and the bike rips!! Can't wait to get one for myself!

The first to the last email was great…
The first to the last email was great with their reply’s and help with videos to make adjustments needed. And because I couldn’t make the adjustments on my end they are taking care of the problem completely for us. Riding experience has been and is outstanding. Thank you Tuttio.
