I am absolutely blown away by the customer service I received from Turbro! From the time I reported the issue to the support team and within a few days, the issue was resolved. The heater fan had started to make a lot of noise and they replaced my fireplace no questions asked. I sent them a video of the sound so they can hear it for themselves. Yuki was my support person who is very knowledgeable and helpful all the way through this. I highly recommend this company! Thank you again!!

These guys seem solid. Had an issue with my micro fireplace making a clicking sound and sent them a video and explanation of the problem to their support email. Within 24 hours Yuki got back to me and we organized them sending me a replacement. Great customer service, would buy again.

This little heater makes a cozy home experience and runs very quietly. Ours quit heating after a few weeks, but Turbro sent us a new one. Defects sometimes happen, but they took care of it in a Professional and expendient manner.

We bought two different models (Firelake and Suburbs) for rooms in our basement. One was clearly damaged during shipping, but we decided that it wasn't too noticeable in the location we used it. But after a few weeks, the heater stopped working. Turbro support was quick to respond and sent a replacement via FedEx within just a few days. We really like the look of both. The Firelake is really realistic out of the corner of your eye and puts out great heat. Highly recommend.

Great company

Bought electric logs with heater right after Christmas but after a couple of weeks, it died. Contacted Turbro support and after a couple of questions from them and supporting video and photo from me, they sent a replacement via FEDEX. Agent Terry was quick to email me and keep me updated. One simply could not ask for better customer support!

I thought I had lost the screws and emailed a request for more screws. My post was answered the same day.

Terry and Maria was very helpful and responded quickly. Terry’s communication was prompt and the resolution of the problem was resolved immediately. We are very pleased with the way they handled this issue.
