Unfortunately, TurboTenant does not have control over the dispute process. Our payment processor does not allow us to submit evidence for this type of dispute. We are merely notified of the dispute, and the renter's financial institution is responsible for investigating the claim and determining its credibility. Per our Terms of Use, once TurboTenant is notified of a dispute, we are obligated to reverse funds from the associated landlord account. This was agreed to when signing up for your TurboTenant. We understand that you believe the renter submitted these disputes fraudulently. In such cases, we recommend pursuing legal action against the renter if they are unwilling to return the funds.
