This is an excellent site for landlords. I have 2 rooms in a house that has tenants so it's a shared household environment. Turbo Tenant does all the listings on various rental sites so you don't have too. the tools they have available are excellent as well

I am a leasing agent and have done very well with Turbo tenant both finding clients to lease apartments and for clients finding me. I like the ease of use, display of information and ease of posting various apartment properties. I highly recommend Turbotenant for finding clients and for someone looking to lease an apartment.
