Great platform, very innovative, true effort at trying to be the best solution out there for property owners at a reasonable cost. While it's not a "complaint", the "Check Ins" are annoying in my opinion. I have 40 houses that I manage and I also have a day job. Seeing the negative check ins throws off my day and alot of the time it has to do with their personal situation being upset, and not at me.

Although I had to "fudge" the date for this review in terms of WHEN I had used them prior, Turbotenant has been extremely helpful to me in the past. I needed help to rent out my home in 2015 when my father became ill and I had to move cross country. Sadly, he passed in 2017. I returned to CT and am now in the same position with my mom, and need them again and am grateful they are here to help me through yet another difficult time in my life. THANK YOU!!!

Love the TurboTenant product and experience.
