I like the centralized management of my properties along with all the LL documents & digital signing, if needed. You have always responded promptly to any inquiries I have. No complaints from my tenants. (Win! Win!) Helps to keep us both honest with detailed record keeping. Thank you!!!

We have a 5 bedroom rental in Henderson NV and TurboTenant connected us to many different potentials. We found an amazing family to rent our home and they pay rent through the TT portal every month. TT also sends check ins to our tenant and I can manage repairs on the portal. I am thoroughly impressed with the program and surprised by the negative reviews.

Huzzah! Thank you for the 5-star review, we are so happy to hear you found tenants quickly (almost at *Turbo* speed?)

Turbotenant was a crucial part of managing our rental from finding leads, screening and onboarding. Tenants have also found it very to use and our utilizing the messages feature which is great. I do not collect rent through the platform but it is a great way to keep track of Zelle payments and send invoices/reminders. Some improvements can be a separate application feature that doesn’t need the screening. This will help Landlords to first check the application and see if the Tenant is a good fit without asking them to pay for screening.

Thanks for the 5-stars, Selwyn! I appreciate your feedback about including an application without screening, and I'll be sure to pass it along to the product team for consideration. Pro Tip: you can use the free pre-screening questionnaire along with the messaging feature to qualify renters before the apply! If there's anything we can help out with, or you have any other suggestions for improvement please reach out via email to [email protected]. Thank you again for your review!
