Thank you for the review, Paul! When a renter fills out a contact form on one of the 3rd party listing sites, TurboTenant automatically sends an email with a link to the pre-screener. You can also send the pre-screener manually from the "Leads" tab of your Landlord Portal. With all that being said, I see you have chatted with our Customer Support Team and your feedback on improving the process has been passed along! Thanks again for your review!
