The UI has been intuitive, it offers everything I need in one place, and has helpful prompts to explain various concepts. I'm becoming a landlord for the first time and this has definitely removed stress from a process that seems daunting. Would recommend.

Intuitive interface, feature packed, excellent electronic signature interface. Great tool. Very useful to post rental ads. Screen tenants. Get good quality tenant leads. Prperty managers use this tool and there is no owner dashboard. Owners have zero visibility. Turno tenant must fix this. We are unable to provide answers to our cpas in a timely manner

Thank you for your feedback! With TurboTenant’s Access Management feature, you can easily add multiple Admins to help manage your account. Admins can assist with tasks like communicating with tenants, managing rental applications, handling rent payments, and overseeing maintenance requests. This allows for seamless collaboration and ensures that everyone stays up-to-date. To add an Admin, just log in to your TurboTenant account, navigate to the Account > Settings tab, and click Add User. Enter the email address of the person you'd like to invite, and they’ll be able to assist you right away. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out! We're happy to help.
