The product fits my needs. It does a great job with managing property getting rent payment, creating leases the e-signature. I love the product I like being able to schedule maintenance but I wish it had a few more features for managing. I manage all the repairs. I think it's great that you have that company. That will help but in our market our profit margins are so low. I can't pay somebody to manage the repairs. Plus I like to find local vendors

I manage all my properties with TurboTenant very efficiently. The thing that I like most is that I don't have to worry about getting paid. TurboTenant does it all for me. The tenants also like it because they have a wide variety of payment methods.

Managing my first rental and this platform was recommended by my insurance agent. It was VERY easy to setup, smooth interface and not a lot of red tape to get everything connected so I can get paid. I tried QuickBooks and that was so confusing! Loving this platform and excited to build my rental portfolio!
