Great customer service

I've been using TurboTenant for over 2 years. I have 17 doors across 3 properties. This is my go-to organizational tool for leases, amendments, work orders, individual marketing for each vacancy, applications, payment - accounting - tax reporting statements, etc. Simplicity, once I got familiar. Makes me happy!

After running a collision repair buisness for 30 yrs and having a rental management co taking care of the couple of rentals we have.Weve had very expensive and complex collision repair and management- bookkeeping software . Not to mention the 1800.00 a month in subscriptions.Buisness rules file requirements,Solving rubics cube in 2.5 seconds.and a mind like a roledex was the norm the rental management company tryed to caper me into thinking that the new Washington state laws were going to take the lanlord out of the picture with a lot of new laws being passed.After reviewing all wac codes I thought that they were reasonable and not the picture the rental management was trying to leverage away my rights in the rental buisness After retiring I put in more time in the rental buisness and was looking for software to help with the task and after all of the experience in the collision repair I new what I found in turbo Tenent was spot on for my education for my state, and helped me to get set up and running with all the forms and buisness rules to implement them It also gave the Tenent a portal to get any information they need to communicate maintenance issues A place to make payments Upload there documents like renters insurance and gives them an invoice documenting all payments and dates of pmt It records and dates all correspondence so everyone has peace of mind as recorded and documented ascommunication takes place that keeps everything moving forward.You can export import any documents to Taylor build add subtract and not worry because it has prior documents On file to refere to if nessesary It gives a Two legged approach if you choose with a simple lease and a rules and regulations and or special instructions that is very scalable Kind of like an employee Manuel. To keep things separate if you choose or combine everything into the lease. Customer support is top notch and live support wants to help you succeed in every way It also has intigrated bookkeeping software however we’re not at that scale at this time
