I have used TurboTenant for the past several years and find that it supplies my needs as a Landlord. It is very important to pre-screen and then screen prospects further before giving out keys. This saves tons of headaches with Tenants in the future.

First of all just to tell you a little bit of my background I bought a three Tenant over 30 years ago and I’ve been inquiring other properties for my investment. I never really use anything like this going into different seminars for real estate investment properties. There’s always someone to sell you this and sell you that will tell you to use this or tell you to use that. I must say Turbo Tenant has a great dashboard as the owner. I don’t really use it as much as the people in my office, taking care of my properties but lately I’ve been using it more and more and I am thrilled by being able to maneuver pretty well while using it
