Everything is very good. However, it would be nice if you would offer a monthly membership instead of a yearly for screening prospective tenants.

The app is very reliable, easy to use once you understand its features. I used the app to list the property and it was easy, I got some random applicants but ultimately it was helpful because I found my tenants through the listing. The tenants said it was easy for them to navigate the app. I was able to quickly see their credit score and pay stubs. The messaging feature between the tenants and I is great because we can keep track of communication there. I would give it five stars if they included paper applications for older non tech savvy applicants and applications and leases in Spanish.

Turbo Tenant has a wonderful accounting option that can be linked to track all expenses and income of multiple accounts in addition to the rent payments received through TurboTenant. You can market your property, screen applicants and send a lease agreement all through the software. Then you can collect rent through the software which helps automate the rent collection process. The customer service gets 5 stars because they are very helpful to resolve whatever issue you are having.

Wish I could look at previous years yearly overall income. I know you can see it by the month but I’d like a year selection option so I can look back at present years and see which apartment makes the most or that sort of thing. The current per year is very nice it’s just I don’t see an accurate picture until December. And then it goes away.
