Thank you for your review, Kushal. I've just reviewed your rental listing, and have sent you an email with instructions on editing your listing as well as some suggestions. I think updating your rental listing to indicate you are renting single rooms instead of a whole house will cut down on inquiries and help out with your lead management! I've passed along your request to prescreen renters before they contact you, but in the meantime we do offer the free pre-screening questionnaire to help you qualify renters, and it's always a good idea to include your rental qualifications in your listing so renters know right away what you're looking for.
