TurboTenantReviews of turbotenant.com

I advertised for a "roommate needed" and received nothing but calls and emails for apartment or house for rent. What was the point of using your service if I didn't receive the service I requested?

Screening is not working well, my ad states no pets however people with pets are contacting me for applications and showings. Also people who do not earn enough to meet the rental income are also wasting my time. Not pleased.

Payment process failed, only app for payment method is too limiting.

I am a landlord who has been using Turbo Tenant to find tenants. A few weeks ago, I got an on-line message from Turbo Tenant asking if I changed may email and password. I answered, No, but I never got a reply from Turbo Tenant. Now, I cannot get into to my account, because of the hack, and I am no longer able to receive leads from prospective tenants. I have emailed Turbo Tenant repeatedly, and I have gotten ZERO response. There is no other way to reach Turbo Tenant other than sending them an email. Meanwhile, someone else is posing as me with a new email and password, and I am locked out.
