Trash site sends emails a week before rent is due. This is harassment because they won't stop, even if you request that they do. Basically , they're just harassing you trying to get you to sign up for autopay. Read their lame, stupid reply. Why can't they turn them off? I send all their trash emails to spam. Highly NOT recommended!

I was experimenting with creating a lease and at the end it wanted 150 so i didn't finish it. Little did I know they EMAILED MY TENANT!!! I did not give permission for this. This is very confusing to them when I set up everything on another site. I did NOT give them permission to email them. When I also first discovered them I signed up and looked into using the site and entered information on my house, not my tenants. For 18 months I had the same tenants and out of nowhere, the last month I get an email from them saying your tenant's rent is late and we'll send them an email. What???? I never put their info in. They have been late before and you didn't send an email. They were not even my tenant at the time. I have never used you for anything. I only browsed to see how you work!!!

If i could give less than 1 star if would. I hate when companies mess with people time and money. I've paid for screening and have been emailing and calling landlords based on the information listed for weeks and have yet to recieve any notice of anything. Not even to touch base. 2 weeks in and not a single reply or callback. Definitely not worth it just giving money up.

I had spoken , no she never spoke to me, I texted AH the landlord with tiny houses about a 30 day rental. I am an older travel nurse working nights. This contract was 4 weeks at a time. AH kept pointing me to TT. Message, and fill out application. I was charged $45 for the application. Uncomfortable with having to put bank info and pay stubs for a 30 day rental. But I did it. AH gave me 2 addresses she had for me. On moving day, literally the day I had to move out from where I was, to one of the addresses AH had given me. At 10AM I texted AH to ask which address I was going to. AH texted back that I had not filled out application correctly and, she "had moved on to the next applicant". Really . As a travel nurse that was working to assist a local facility, I was shown no compassion. I even had the feeling of pointed cruelty. I give TT permission to review my application. I would not recommend TT due to my experience.

This website allows fraudulent rental listings and has the audacity to charge a $55 application fee for them. My fiancé and I recently applied for a house in our area the turned out to be a total scam. The phone number who contacted us isn’t the one from the listing. The “landlord” sent us a fake lease agreement then asked for us to Zelle them $2,700 before they would mail us the keys to move in. This website does not do their due diligence when it comes to vetting these listings. I will never apply for any property posted here again.

I created a TurboTenant account to manage my rental property and was immediately restricted before I ever used the platform. I appealed, explained that I was a new user, and offered to verify my identity and property ownership. They permanently banned the account without providing any reason or even identifying what policy was supposedly violated. The lack of transparency and “decision is final” customer service was enough for me to take my business elsewhere. I can’t imagine that they would have good customer service if they give this type of energy to new customers.

I stopped using their service, and they don't have customer service phone support to assist you. I cannot cancel my subscription from a year ago when I briefly used their site. It does not recognize my email. I texted for support (because there is no phone support), which states they will respond via email in 10 business days - only to tell me that I need to cancel my subscription through their site - which I don't have access to any longer. So it appears that their response is only to say we will continue to take $199.99 from you every year since we will not cancel your subscription even though you are unable to do so. Its seems they just want to take money and not provide any service or support.

Applied for an apartment and paid $45. Waited, waited, 2 weeks go bye. Haven't heard a thing. Of course the run around about contacting the landlord. What about my application? They're full of shit. If you have to fill out an application with them for an apartment... DONT DO IT
