TurboTenant does not vet their landlords. I had a property that I sold and they fraudulently listed my seller as the contact person "landlord" on the inquiry form. They used photos and information about the property from the internet and posted on several rental sites. They claim non-responsibilty and will not disclose the name of the person who ordered the ad or if monies were collected from prospective tenants. I am still checking into the legality of using my client's name as the landlord to contact.

After one week, nothing. No messages, zero. I can tell I won’t be renting my home from this site.

I am a landlord and can’t log in to my own account and am not getting a password reset link.

This website has been nothing but a needless hassle. 0 out of 5 stars would be more appropriate. I signed up, listed my property, all was well for a couple days. A few days later, they said they needed proof it was my property. So I sent one of the required documents. Then, my account was disabled. I have emailed all available emails provided by Turbo Tenant over the past 2 weeks and have yet to receive any response. I’ve sent four emails. Zero response. I’ve messaged them via their online chat on their site. No response. I even tried to message them on Facebook Messenger. No response. All this while they load my inbox with solicitations. I do not recommend this service as apparently there isn’t a soul who works for Turbo Tenant. Upon reading further reviews on this site, it appears THIS IS COMMON PRACTICE for Turbo Tenant to disable accounts and they are unreachable. Even for paying customers. My recommendation would be to stick to more reputable and reliable services such as Zillow. Turbo Tenant is a complete nightmare! I’m thankful they showed how horrible they were within a few days and not after I had secured a tenant using their services like others have learned. AVOID! Turbo Tenant replied stating they emailed me - no emails ever received. I even check my spam folders. The document I sent to verify it is my house was one of the listed approved documents by Turbo Tenant. My account was deactivated and no reason given - no responses to any of my emails or messages. Now they reply to my review saying I can email them again? They never replied to any of my emails months ago. They also have my email on file - why comment on a review instead of reaching out directly to the customer? Sense of urgency and professionalism is sorely missed at this questionable online rental program/scam.

I don’t understand why you want to charge to post new listings, during a pandemic where landlords have no rites and tenants don’t have to pay rent almost for 3 years. I really liked using your app for posting, but because I’m on a tight budget i only use the free sites to list.

Customer service is absolutely horrible. I was unable to make a basic change on a tenants email and had to jump through hoops and many other convoluted instructions all of which were useless. When I asked to speak with someone on the phone I was told i have to pay for premium membership in order to speak with someone. DON'T USE THIS SERVICE
