I am giving them a 1 star because it is difficult to reach a human representative when you call TurboTenant. It directs you back to the support email. So they are banking on having a good system, but when I have an issue like now, I can reach a human being over the phone. Only when you have issues you realize that this type of customer service is horrible.

A garbage company that suspended my landlord account for no reason and refuses to respond to numerous emails which is the only way to contact them

I applied for an apartment using it and the landlord wasn't able to view the application nor was I after submitting it. I ended up having to re-submit a second application via email. Then TurboTenant refused to refund me or acknowledge that there was an access error.

Really upset at the fact that they don't have a proper customer service team. I would have considered using their services but after my experience with just email after email sent and no response. I would never give them my money. I posted a house for rent. They emailed asking me for additional information i.e. utility bills or property tax. Since this is an ADU I sent over the utility bills I have in my name. After I had sent them what they requested they suspended my account. I contacted them 3 times via the email they provide to assistance as I had sent them what they needed. Absolutely NO response. I had an issue with apartments.com and they responded so quickly, I was surprised but in a good way. I guess I will use their services since TurboTenant can't be professional and respond to emails since they don't have a phone number available on their website.

They charge way to much to make a payment using a debit card an extra 30 dollars is way to much for a middle man I understand you got to make money too but your only making it harder on the renters… how about you charge the landlords an not us renters smh a real legit way to rip people off

My tenant paid through the online portal, I was given notice three business days later that the funds were deposited into my bank account however, this is not the case! Customer service has not been helpful at all. They also cannot give a good reason why the funds are missing and to where the funds were sent. I will never use them again. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

My account was suspended without explanation or notice. Same thing happened to my daughter. Listings were completely legit and professional in every way. Crickets when sent help/support email so that is a worthless waste of time. Filed a complaint with BBB. Cannot reach a person using their phone number. Prompt hangs up without giving any option to speak to anyone, simply refers you back to the inept and nonfunctioning help/support email address. BEWARE if you're a customer. They CLEARLY could not care less about customer service.

@susan m what state is this in, because I may have experienced a scam.
