I found the company easy to deal with, friendly staff, explained how to send and kept me updated on the repair and when the scooter was on the way back to me.I am very happy with my purchase. I am using my scooter for couple of weeks now on everyday basis and have no problems.

Horrible quality and zero customer service
Horrible quality and zero customer service!
On August 15th of this year, I purchased a TurboAnt V8 through their website. The unit was delivered on August 19th. On August 27th, the scooter was damaged in an incident that can only be due to a defect in manufacturing or workmanship as explained below.
A call to a service representative on August 30th resulted in the rep reufisng to believe what had happened and only after my insistence did he relent to sending a message to the support department, with a promise that I would receive an email from them in a few days. No such email has ever arrived.
I was additionally advised they would want to see photos of the damage to the unit, which I prepared along with a demonstration video of the current condition of the unit and sent to their service department email.
After not hearing from support, I posted the circumstances along with the video to the review section of the TurboAnt website, which sill resulted in no response or acknowledgement whatsoever. The text of the review is below.
--- We have been very disappointed in the quality of the TurboAnt V8 we recently purchased. While it initially seemed sturdy, the unit has been unusable after one very minor incident that should have been well within the unit's ability to withstand, especially one meant for adult transportation rather than a toy.
While demonstrating the unit less than two weeks after purchase, it was driven off an asphalt surface into a grassy area that was level with the asphalt. However, the grassy areas was softer than anticipated. The difference in surfaces caused me to lose control and I jumped off the unit, allowing it to fall over on its side. While this should have been easily within the tolerance of the V8, the front wheel is bent, the tube in the tire is flat, and it will not reach a speed beyond six miles per hour even when the wheel is elevated off the ground.
A call to TurboAnt connected me to a customer service rep who initially tried to blame us for the damage, implying that what I advised him could not possibly have happened, then relented and stated he was sending a message to the appropriate department to discuss repair or replacement options. More than two weeks later (now longer than the time we had a functional unit) I had yet to hear from anyone. Nearly three months later, still no contact whatsoever.
We even went so far as to take the V8 to a local scooter repair shop. After examining the unit, (another $50), we were tild that the wiring on the V8 was so unusual that the technician refused to try repairing the unit, stating he was afraid he might damage the unit further. This development makes a complete lie of TurboAnt's statements on their webiste about the ease of service and repair of their products.
In short, the TurboAnt V8 appears to be a poorly made unit with nearly non-existent customer service and it looks as we have thrown away $650. ---

I ordered a scooter over the weekend…
I ordered a scooter over the weekend and received it by Tuesday!
Everything has been amazing so far with the scooter itself and the communication was good too as the communication only consisted of delivery emails as I haven't had to contact them for anything yet, so I really like this company so far.

There are 6 TurboAnt C7 Pro scooters in my neighborhood, ALL non-operaring after 6 months
There are 6 TurboAnt X7 Pro scooters that were being ridden in my neighborhood by my teenage son and his friends. After 6 months (conveniently after motor and battery warranty expired) various components have gone out on the scooters to render them unusable. ALL of them are affected by a serious design flaw in how the handle stem attaches to the scooter body, requiring constant re-tightening of the screws every few days even with the use of red thread-locker, that should require heat for removal. One stem even broke from the stresses. Their customer support is non-existent.
I first reached out to TurboAnt support about the stem/body connection issue and received a response (after 9 days) that they would replace my sons steering stem since had completely broke and was unsafe to drive ( he is only 110lbs at age 14, not an oversized kid / they have a 1 yr structural warranty). I responded to that e-mail with their requested information within an hour of receipt to no avail. After 5 days of no-update from them, I sent another request for status update. After no response, I sent another at 15, and then 21 days.... still no response. In short, they responded to 1 of my 6 e-mails over a period of 70+ days. In my final e-mail I indicated that I would leave this negative review if they failed to respond within 7 days... well, here we are...
Due to my troubleshooting skills developed from the constant maintenance of my own kids' scooter, I was asked by the other parents to help diagnose their scooter issues using my sons scooter parts to determine 2 motors were bad, 2 controllers were bad and 1 battery was bad, with these six scooters only being 7 months old by then.
Something else to note, one of the kids in this group is of larger stature... like 5'10 / 190lbs and his scooter has only been able to go about 9 mph since day 1 and gets significantly less battery life than the other kids (like 30 - 50% less).
Based on my experience with these six identical TurboAnt units, I WOULD NOT BUY TURBOANT.
Many of the parents are now taking a chance with HiBoy S2 Pro. Their design for connecting the stem to the body seems more secure / less trouble-prone. Also, it has led lights under the board to give more visibility in the dark. Time will tell with these.
