I would highly recommend them to anyone. They answered every question by email very quickly. They helped me with everything from what rings to choose from as my fiancé has a metal allergy, to engraving questions to sizing questions. All in all 8 emails over a month. My fiancee and I designed a family crest and wanted to have it engraved on Tungsten rings. They were very responsive to our emails and requests. I felt bad because I emailed them so many times, but they were always nice and friendly and communicative. In the end we received a discount because we ordered 2 rings and the rings are perfect. I recently bought the 8mm smokescreen camo ring, i love the ring but have 2 wishes. 1-i wish they had this ring in camo with either tan or green color. 2- the ring is kimd of dull, the web site makes it look very bright and shiney but its not quiet like that in person. Other tgan that the ring is great, i lije the size and camo, just wish the camo had color for us veterans!!
