Thank you for the ring sizer it is perfect compared to the ring sizer from other businesses. This ring sizer is sleek and not bulky like the ones that actually looks like a bunch of plastic rings. Several of my family and friends have all used it. It is by far the easiest to use and don't gave to worry about losing one. It is almost like a zip tie but thicker and shorter than most z-ties. I really enjoyed thank you. Yes I did refer some of my friends. It's really easy to store. It's only 3 inches long

So easy to order and delivery was fast especially as it had to be delivered to Australia. I was kept informed with the delivery the whole time. The only problem I had was a slight imperfection with the engraved design which put part of the ring off centre. It is a wedding ring so was a bit disappointed with this. Returning the ring from Australia cost too much and the ring can be turned around to not show this problem so I didn't bother with the return. My partner loves the ring though and says the ring is imperfectly perfect like him.....

Good but the cost of exchange is odd

It was very easy to place my order. I received emails confirming my order and informing me that my order has shipped. My package included instructions, in case I needed to exchange for another size, or if there were any other problems (everything was fine). Nice selection, reasonable prices and a hassle-free ordering process - what more could I ask for?

Customer service was great when I got my ring it was damaged I got a replacement ring within days

Recently ordered the sinbad ring for my husband. The picture on line shows a shiny silver finish which we wanted, but looks different in person. However, I spoke with Bret and Rachel; they were very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable about the product. In the end we decided to keep the band. Thank you Tungsten!
