I purchased a Tungsten ring for a wedding with engraving. I had to cut the message so short that it was barely able to be deciphered but when it was delivered, it only goes halfway around the ring. The experience was interesting! I was looking for a Tungsten ring to buy for Christmas with an imprint on it and engraving on the inside. It was stated to be comfort fit and to order in a half a size below your regular size. I've never ordered a ring like this before so I did what it said. When it arried it was too small but nice finish. A little rough in on spot of the imprint but everything was nice. Had to send it back and took a little over a week for me to receive it back (told me they were short stafffed, not a problem) I got the ring in, it fit perfectly! Only thing missing was the imprint which is why i got it. When I contacted them about this they got back to me really fast. they sent me a ring in 2 days and was able to ship that one back. This one came with a bigger imprint which is awesome! It just didnt have the full engraved detail on the inside this time. It had our initials though so I can at least say there is that! Over all nice product and customer service but hassle with over all technicalities

The ordering processing went smoothly and I got my custom order in a timely but my order was missing the wood ring box. I have not got a refund for the box nor was I ever notified that the box would be missing or when I would be receiving it. The ring itself appears to be in fine condition but does not state what grade titanium it is. The ring was costly for titanium and yet its grade is not clarified.

We ordered a ring on a Thursday, and paid the $15 extra so we could get the ring in 2 days, but in reality we didn't get it until 4 days later. The argument was that one day was a holiday, but it still took 3 days, instead of 2- when we expected it before we left. We called down there and they were trying to argue with us saying that it is 2 business days, even though it does not say business days on the website. Long story short, we ended up getting the refund, but took us some time. All in all though, the ring is great and my husband does love it.

The ring is a high quality product, and my husband loves the design. The shipping was fast, and it packaged nicely. My only issue is, I had a code that my my friend gave me to save $35 on my purchase. Now... my mistake, I forgot to enter the code and my friends name, so I figured calling them after would solve the problem and they would be able to honor the $35 savings. Well it turns out, since they were having a save $15 event online already, I wasn't able to use the code my friend gave me. I tried to explain that I'm not trying to double dip, so they can charge me the original $15 I saved, and apply the $35 code instead of the $15 but that was apparently unheard of. I can't believe you guys would rather go back and forth with me for days through email, rather than just apply the code and let me save the extra 10 dollars that would've been the different between the two promo codes. $10 isn't going to make or break me, I just think a highly reputable company would go that extra mile to make a customer happy after spending $200 on a ring.

When looking at the photo of the ring on the website, it looks fantastic and amazing......when we received the rings every one of us was completely disappointed. When looking at the photo it looks as though the print was actual size just having the sides cut off due to the prints being wider that the ring width...thats what the image on the website portrays.....when we received the rings they shrunk the image of the print so small that you cannot even tell what it is....everyone I show the ring to think theres a smudge on the shine of the ring.....even the name engraving on the inside is so small that it is barely legible with a magnifying glass. These rings mean the world to us and my Husband recently passed in a tragic accident at the age of 36, these were something to help my family heal.....and all they did was disappoint and sadden us further. Just so disappointed....Why cant the print be full size ...but just cut short on width .....I feel completely taken advantage of ...the ring in the photo is so deceiving......just sad and disappointed .

I called and emailed for days before receiving an update on my husbands wedding band. I put the information in the notes on the site while ordering about the date of our wedding as the site requests for faster shipping. I was finally able to talk to someone after calling 30 times in one day. He was not very pleasant to talk to. The ring did not come in the box and case they have displayed on the site. The ring has also chipped and the ruby is now loose. I just wonder how long it will be before this issue is solved.

The ring came in timely and when I called about when I should expect it the guy was very nice and helpful. However, the ring did not come in as expected. I emailed and promptly got a response on how to alter my ring to look more like what I expected. When I emailed back asking when to send it, as my wedding was in less than a week, I never got a response and still haven't. I would be happy to pay shipping fees and the cost to make the ring look how I expected, but I have gotten no response from them.
