Tungsten WorldReviews of tungstenworld.com

Tungsten World is a pleasure to deal with. Ordering is easy, delivery is quick and the product is exceptional.

We ordered the tungsten prism rings and they are beautiful with a brilliant shine! The package it was delivered in contained the ring and box, gift bag, and tissue paper to gift wrap it. Their customer service person was polite and helpful when I called and had questions about my order. The shipping was super fast and only took 4 days to get from California to my home on the East Coast. My husband wears a size 13 and the site suggested a half size smaller so we went with 12.5 but it's just a little snug. I was sized at a jeweler and then a Walmart to double check me and I'm an 8 so I ordered an 8 and it fits perfectly.

The online information was spot on. Fast delivery, great pricing, and the Matisse ring is beautiful!

The support answers any question within 24 hours, they are very flexible and willing to serve. Have ordered products at two occasions, 2 years appart, and both times had email conversations with the support ahead of ordering, I couldn´t be more pleased with the service given. The Tungsten products (I have only bought rings) are stunning and durable. Shipping to Finland has been fast, ordered products have arrived in about one week

Tungsten has exquisite quality & a wide variety for low prices also their site is easy to navigate. I found my now husbands engagement ring fairly quickly & his wedding ring well I had some difficulty deciding between a few but I was ultimately able to choose one that I felt suited him. I'm not a huge fan of shopping especially online this has been one of my best experiences. S/n he absolutely loved both rings which of course left me floating on air!!! I will be returning.

Very responsive, they pay attention to your concerns, and ensure you that you're making the right purchase. Shipping was extremely fast, and I really like that they are so communicative. The ring is gorgeous, thank you so much.

i'm happy i found you guys.we ordered our wedding rings from you 1.5 years ago and we are verry happy with this,Now some friends will do the same and it's more to come :) the quality is 10+ keep the good work.

We love our rings. I'll never make do with anything other than the comfort band again! And even though we both wear our rings st work, not one scratch or nick in the bands.
