I have been married 10 years. My tungsten wedding band is damaged, no problem. Tungsten World has a lifetime guarantee! I contact them I want to replace my ring, they no longer carry my ring... disappointed I leave them alone for a couple of years. I reach out again wondering if they have any way to replace or repair my ring, they don't. The company offers me another ring, I don't want another ring. I find a replacement from another company. I ask Tungsten World if they will engrave it if I ship it to them they won't. Incredibly disappointed that they won't assist me in replacing the ring I want to not with a completely different ring design!!

Ordered a custom ring. I was not happy with the customer service from start to finish they did not keep me in the loop on the many delays of my rings. Once I did receive the rings the quality I was expecting was no where the quality i received. I sent back the rings to be fixed and hope round 2 is better than the first. If buying a stock ring would be a good company to order from but my my experience thus far with custom made ring is lacking at best.

I recently bought a product from Tungsten World because I didn't want to opt for a boring, gold band. I got myself sized, looked at their sizing, and found out that they have a neat little feature--their sizes don't match anyone else's standards! This initiated a party of an experience of stress and worry as I tried to figure out what would be the right size for me, and when I picked it, turns out I got it wrong! Gee, what a party! Now I am stuck with a ring that is the wrong size, and the most exciting aspect of all is that I'm going to need to spend more money sending it back because they simply couldn't be bothered to put up the right size on the internet. And if there's one thing I love, it's spending extra money because someone else can't be bothered to make their size correct. I will not recommend Tungsten World to anyone else. In fact, I would warn against them. But at least the ring looks cool.
