Honestly, I was guessing on my significant other ring size since we never got it measured. Being able to pinpoint the exact favorite Batman he liked was easy enough. The ring for him perfectly and he loves it.

Ordered a custom ring. I was not happy with the customer service from start to finish they did not keep me in the loop on the many delays of my rings. Once I did receive the rings the quality I was expecting was no where the quality i received. I sent back the rings to be fixed and hope round 2 is better than the first. If buying a stock ring would be a good company to order from but my my experience thus far with custom made ring is lacking at best.

I've now gotten 3 rings from Tungsten World. First was too big, so I sent it back and within 5 days had a new ring, no extra cost even though it had a personalized inscription. I then recently lost my ring in a river :( which sucks. I submitted a request for a new one Sunday night. It was at my door by Wednesday afternoon. I've called the support line to ask some questions and was greeted by an actual person who was very helpful and kind. Every interaction I've had has been positive. I'm not a jewelry person but I would have no problem recommending this to any friends/family.
