I ordered the PTOLEMY 8mm for my now husband for our wedding day. When I was concerned about delivery, I send an email to Tungsten World. They explained where the ring was in the process and what the next steps would be. (The inlay of the ring is hand done). When it arrived I thought that it was stunning. As well, a small gift bag and tissue paper was included with the ring, which was already in a very nice ring box. Of course, my husband would be the one whose opinion mattered the most. He was floored by it and loved the inlay, and also could read the inscription without his reading glasses. The ring is a considerable weight, but he says that he can not feel the ring when it is on. His friends thought that the ring was "very cool" as well. Thank you, thank you Tungsten World!

I was skeptical about ordering my wedding bands from an online store. I thought there might be issues with the rings themselves or that the engraving might not be what I wanted... I was wrong on both counts. The ring set I ordered was beautiful! Will definitely be recommending Tungsten World to my family and friends

The ring came in timely and when I called about when I should expect it the guy was very nice and helpful. However, the ring did not come in as expected. I emailed and promptly got a response on how to alter my ring to look more like what I expected. When I emailed back asking when to send it, as my wedding was in less than a week, I never got a response and still haven't. I would be happy to pay shipping fees and the cost to make the ring look how I expected, but I have gotten no response from them.
