The rings were great. The sizing was perfect and fit very well. The ring order was fast and arrived in a nice box and were beautiful. I would recommend Tungsten to everyone and I have.

My ring broke within one week. When I called to request a replacement or refund, I was informed that Tungsten is the strongest metal and it WILL break with even the simplest impact ... the company representative told me that they know the ring will break -- that's why they give you the lifetime option of requesting a replacement for only $50 each time. I am a very patient and understanding person -- I am not an unreasonable or always complaining person -- please trust me that you don't want to buy from here.

My boyfriend is a huge Batman fan, so I was super excited to see that there were Batman rings available. I love that there were options as to which Bat symbol you could use AND that you could get an engraving as well. The ring showed up faster than expected and was in beautiful condition.

Pricing was good however, the finish seems to scratch fairly easy. I would choose a different material if given the chance.

I had a question about the metals and ring style so I phoned customer service. Carlos was incredibly helpful and friendly, he walked me through everything so confidently. The rings came very quickly and are very beautifully crafted. I'm so excited for xmas to pop the question. Thanks again, Michael

The red kinda looks a bit orange it it's kind of growing on me.... I wish they allowed a bit more than 45 days; my fiancé is currently deployed and I really wanted to send it to him for approval; but I'm kinda stuck with it :/
