I recently purchased a Razor Tungsten 8mm ring to replace my wedding band because I heard this ring can take a beating and is very strong. I received my ring quickly and returned it for a different size and received it back quickly. I am so impressed with how fast this company is and they keep you informed. I called and emailed for days before receiving an update on my husbands wedding band. I put the information in the notes on the site while ordering about the date of our wedding as the site requests for faster shipping. I was finally able to talk to someone after calling 30 times in one day. He was not very pleasant to talk to. The ring did not come in the box and case they have displayed on the site. The ring has also chipped and the ruby is now loose. I just wonder how long it will be before this issue is solved.

I had no problem navigating this website. It was so easy to pick out what I wanted and get it ordered. The website promised I would have my ring in 3-4 days. I thought it would take a little longer since I needed a smaller size, but they still got it to me before Christmas:) I will recommend them to anyone who mentions they want to buy a Tungsten ring.

I bought a pair of wedding rings and the fit was a little tight and we changed our minds about the style we wanted. Ordered a second pair of rings and sent the originals back. I was credited back right away. We absolutely love the new rings. They have a grayish tint to them compared to silver etc, but that gives them a very unique look.
