My husband lost his wedding band and was morose. After searching online, we selected Tungsten World (TW) based on the professionalism, clarity, and content of its website. Although we were hesitant to order a wedding band online, the jewelers we've worked with in the past had gone out of business, and TW's policies and warranty seemed very fair. We're not disappointed! This time, I went a step further and had his ring engraved. He loves it--and so do I! Not only is the ring as attractive as we had hoped, the turnaround time from order to receipt was impressive--just a few days even with engraving added on. I recommend this company without hesitation.

The ring got scratched pretty quickly, which made us sad. However, Tungsten World totally took care of us by responding to emails quickly and offering us totally reasonable and affordable options on how to replace it!

This ring looks really nice. It's what I ordered. Nothing else to say about it. Customer service was a little hard to get in contact with, but I got what I asked for. A decent ring.

You have outstanding customer service, the ring is goregous and got to my home quickly, my only concern is that the ring is scratched already and what I had read about it on line it said it would be pretty impossible for that to happen so I'm disappointed but it does seem to be made really strong and the appearance of the ring is very nice for a man. I would definatley refer others to your company reguardless of scratches because it is good quality and your customer service was outstanding.
