I couldn't be happier with Tungsten World. My ring is awesome and their service was unbeatable. I can't give them enough praise

I ordered a Batman ring for my boyfriend for our one year anniversary and recieved it within two days! The ring is great and comes in a ring box along with tissue and a gift bag! Nice! The only issue I had was the fact that my boyfriend is a size 10 and even though the site tells you to order the rings half a size smaller for best fit, the ring I ordered didn't have a half size smaller option so I went with the 10 and it's a bit losse. Besides that I feel over all that this is a trustworthy site.

I found it very easy to order from Tungsten World website. I even asked customer service to help me dig up an old order because my husband lost his original weddinng band and they helped me out. So i was able to order the exact same ring and size and surprise him.

The customer service was very thorough and extreMky helpful. They were able to accommodate all my ordering needs and responded to my emails quickly.

After placing my order in the evening, I called them the next morning with a question about the engraving. They were very pleasant to talk to and answered all of my questions. When the ring came in, it was exactly as they said it would be.

I ordered my wedding ring and paid $30 for delivery using what I was told would be shipping that would be with me in 8-10 working days. 5 weeks later I am still waiting delivery. Tungsten world refuse to take any responsibility or offer a replacement or refund, instead insisting that the ring is with customs, though customs have no record of it whatsoever. Poor customer service, poor complaint resolution procedure. Do not order if you are an international customer.

Shipping was fast, the ring got here just in time. It's beautiful and was exactly what we wanted.
