I had a incredibly difficult custom engraving rushed specifically for Valentines day. A custom order poem in elvish separate from the LOTR ring on the website. Not only did the ring and box come in early. But customer service made sure they were perfect by answering questions and suggesting design possibilities straight away. He loved it by the way. The ring was just beautifully made and the laser engraving was beyond wonderful .The panther was everything I had imagined and pictured.

I had a very specific idea of what I wanted, and their customer service was immediately responsive and helpful. They got it exactly right even with all my extra complications and had it to me way faster than I expected too!

I ordered the ring going down a half size like they suggested... was VERY IMPRESSED on how fast I got the order (ordered Friday received Monday) unfortunately ring was a little small but they corrected it immediately and had my next ring by the following Monday! VERY VERY VERY IMPRESSED!!!!! The engraving on my ring was perfect! I'm a hair stylist and EVERYONE will know exactly how pleased and impressed I am and will be ordering from them again in the future!!!!! Thanks a million!!!!! 😇
