Tungsten WorldReviews of tungstenworld.com

Ths company was very helpful. I had a problem with my first order and they were very quick to respond to emails to help. I have ordered from them 2x and would for sure order again.

Great company and excellent service. Already recommended them to several people.

Tungsten World was fantastic. They got my order made and answered any questions I had with speed and clarity. The only thing I would say, is that I paid for the 2 day shipping so the ring would arrive on the day I got my promotion. It showed up the day after. That was my one and only reservation for it.

Honesty the products is good but the $25.00 engraving is a sham. Instead of being large initials like shown on the ad, I found the very very small engraving on the backside of the moneyclip instead of the front ?

Ring came looking better than in the picture and the order did not take long to arrive. The engraving is beautiful.

i received my ring (ECLIPSE) in 3 days, my wife and i were both impressed with its beauty and weight. I work with concrete and heavy equipment, my previous wedding bands took a beating from my job,i've only had this ring just under a month but not a single blemish on it yet. compliments from family and friends and even strangers. Intend to do more business with Tungsten World.

This company is amazing. Customer service is top notch. Thank you so much. Ring was beautiful and very well crafted

Ordering the product was easy, received my order timely. I ended up having to exchange the ring for a bigger size. Was disappointed I had to pay for return shipping & a $20 fee as well. So not really "free returns". The ring was very nice.
