Great software
Great software. I download my favorite tracks from Spotify using TunesKit.

BAD SOFTWARE, DOESN'T WORK, SCAM COMPANY, DON'T BUY
Purchased and downloaded... attempted to use after registering, etc... NO SUCCESS. It doesn't work... period. Contacted the company and got an email reply from "Cassidy" that in order to be issued a refund, I would have to download another program, install it to "troubleshoot and debug" their software (as if I'm in their IT department), then send them error logs and etc. Obviously, I am NOT in tech support, so that is preposterous. This software is crap, the company is crap, and the customer service is crap. Unless you like paying for and owning crap, steer clear. One star is so much more than deserved.

We develop programs but cannot guarantee they're 100% no bugs. never buy on this website it’s scam
I purchased this software to fix my IPhone 8. After multiple attempts of trying to use this software, which NEVER WORKED...I contacted customer service for assistance via email since they don’t even offer customer service by phone or chat. It took them 6 days to reply to my concerns!!! I wasted my time and money on this software and ended up having to take my phone to the Apple store anyway! The customer service is horrible. Not only did they not help me with the issue they didn’t even offer me a full refund as ADVERTISED ON THEIR WEBSITE. That’s the least they could have done since there software DID NOT WORK ! DO NOT PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT IT IS A SCAM!!! Below are all the screenshots with proof that their customer service is horrible!!!

Dear Carlos, Is your iPhone 8 been fixed now? Many users have used our software to fix their devices successfully. I'm sorry that you're not in this case. There are many reasons that may lead to the repair failure and we're not sure whether it's caused due to the hardware issue. Actually this is not an excuse. If you try similar software from other companies, they shall give no guarantee of helping your fix your device absolutely. Anyway, we will improve our customer service level and make you satisfied next time. :)

They wait until you spend hours…
They wait until you spend hours downloading and setting up to tell you nothing useful is included in the free version.

Hi Scott, Generally, there are some limitations when you use the free trial version. The trial version is used to give you a chance to test the functions of the software. You can buy a license code to make it a full version. You can learn more about the difference between free trial version and a paid version here: https://www.tuneskit.com/faq.html#e202 After you understood this well, you can decide whether you want to buy it or not. The sites are detecting the program and…
The sites are detecting the program and thus sending gibberish is there a secondary way to run through process to be free from them mixing signal? worked for weeks now almost detected immediately. I pay for the music and only download it to use on out of service areas...

Licence not sent
I have purchased this product and not been sent the licence code. It says it should be with you in 30mins. Its been 2 days!!!! So not got to test the full version to even have to problems before me are having. Regret parting with my money!

To bad I have to give it a 'Star' at all. I bought the Converter as I'd like to watch purchased itunes movies on a different platform. I've done everything they've said to do, tried numerous times to contact support. No Video. Just Audio. Totally Useless. Do not buy this product. I should have known, as there is spelling and grammatical errors. " Refund: To better fulfill the users' requirements, we provide trial version for all Tuneskit programs. So you can try it before buy and make sure if the product can compatible with your computer. But we can't promise they are 100% no bugs. So if you have any problems with Tuneskit, you can send email to us, either to fix the bugs or request a full refund: support at tuneskit.xxx" I have started a dispute with the credit card company I used, hopefully that will work.
