I am now a Spotify Premium user for several years. But if music for whatever reason (label contracts?) disappears overnight without any notification I get really mad. Then I was looking for a Spotify ripper and tried TunesKit. After a test I bought it and I really like the software. For me it works like a charm. Protip for people complaining about several problems: Use a premium account. Do not use Spotify on > any device < while using TunesKit! I uninstalled the iOS app and removed SPotify from autostart on my computer. Now I am able to have all the music offline and using the iOS Music app. Of course it takes a shitload of time to convert everything since it is converting in real time. I will keep my Spotify Premium subscription and rip the stuff I want. 4/5 stars because of limitations for playlist tracks (about max 150 tracks per playlist) and software not being able to handle already converted files.

Developer advertises the product as usable for mac computers, and even provides articles supposedly to assist you in setting it up. What they don't tell you is that they haven't updated the software for at least 2 years and that if you have done any upgrades to your mac os to keep up with other software in the past 2 years, their program won't work. They have a lot of negative feedback in the comments on their site, but all 5 star reviews supposedly (scam). Stay clear, even if they try to solve your issue with a windows key to avoid honoring their 60 day refund policy. What a joke.

I have a problem with the registration code, this causes the registration can't be make. I already sent email to TurnKit support and sent messages to TunesKit's facebook account but they were not reply me even once. I also told them if they can't solve this problem at least need to reply and give me refund, but they still didn't reply me. Their customer service is really bad ! ! ! This is just waste my money and time......

Tuneskit used to work great, however it has been a couple years now with no fix for the DRM software. Customer service offered a windows certificate, which would be great if I actually had a windows computer. I have also tried a bootable drive with an older operating system that did not work either. Worthless program now, which is sad because it used to work great. Notice their website also only shows 5 star reviews, seems a little shady as well. 5 star reviews with people saying don't buy and doesn't work. Do Not Buy!

Don’t buy this I have had nothing but trouble with the DRM product it doesn’t work, don’t waste your time or money. Customer support is a disgrace I’ve sent them the files they asked for twice and nothing works I asked for a refund now they won’t reply to any of my emails !!

Updated review: Originally had an issue with the program constantly asking for my registration details - This was fixed by the customer service team which I am very thankful for. Looks to be in working order now.

Horrible customer support. Updates fail to install and several emails to support have gone unanswered. Stay away from this app. Waste of money. **Update* After another day I received a response and my situation was resolved. Upgraded to a better application that is working fine.

Most regularly updated, most polished interface, most reliable of the DRM-stripping products I’ve found. But most importantly, pretty impressive customer service. I had an installation issue and received next-day or same-day responses from a human. A lot of these media apps are low-budget or shady, but not this one. I continue to be very happy with not just the software but the devs as well.
