All their reviews are fake
All their reviews are fake This is another company that pays for SEO campaign. They have a horrific product and you can not opt out of the subscription so they will keep making you pay. You will not be able to cancel. Stay away from companies like this.

Great interface, terrible execution.
My experience has been good. The install was easy, safe, secure. The interface is extremely easy. Editing my review after getting the license to actually try the features. Tried to do the bypass MDM, and it doesn't work at all. Just sends you right back into "retrieving configuration" and enrolls you back into the MDM. This application is pointless.
Response from TunesKitAug 3, 2026
Thank you for your feedback, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We're sorry to hear that the MDM bypass feature did not work as expected for you. This is not the typical experience we see, and we would like to understand what went wrong. Every device and configuration can present unique challenges, and we're always keen to investigate issues that our users encounter. We encourage you to contact our support team directly with more details about your device and the specific error you faced. Our team will be happy to look into the matter and see if we can help resolve it. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we hope to have the opportunity to improve your experience.

Very disappointed with this program
I tried the free trial and whenever they were downloading or updating my iphone the screen froze and no matter which solution of theirs I tried just didn't work and so I paid for their program and I tried and the only way to contact them was with an email. I ended up going to Apple and I had to do a factory reset. I needed help with my microphone not working on my phone whenever I made a call. I'm a 71 yr. senior who thought that they would help fix my phone and I was very disappointed with them and their program.
