TunesKit, as far as I am concerned, is quite helpful for me. Several days ago, my iPhone went wrong with the power button, I used its iOS system repair product to fix the issue. It provides specific operation steps and a customer-friendly interface. And it solved the problem with fast speed. I also employed its other product like Video Cutter and Video Converter. In a word, it provides a good service.

I have been using the TunesKit Spotify Converter for about a year. It works perfectly. I bought a single user license for one computer. When I replaced the computer, I asked support to reset my license so I could use it on the new computer. This was done very quickly, but I had problems using it on a new computer because it had Windows 10 Release 2004 with a pre-installed version of the Spotify Connection application. I asked TunesKit support for help and the problem was solved very efficiently and in a short time.

The latest version of TunesKit does not work on MacOS Catalina. They do not make this clear at the time of purchase. I have sent multiple courteous emails requesting a refund and no response except "try running it in a VM or an older mac" has been received. If TunesKit support watches these reviews – please issue a refund. Update Oct 19,2020: The support team did finally get back to me and give me a refund, so I have changed this review to a three-star neutral due to very nice customer service people.

Doesn't work on macOS Catalina. Please read all the fine print before buying. They do have a return policy. However, they say not fully understanding the capabilities of the product before buying does not authorize a return.

Hi Rich, Thanks for using TunesKit Spotify Converter. There are must be something misunderstanding between us. The reason why you didn't receive a reply after several back and forth is mainly because we didn't receive your new email. Somthing is wrong with our email system. Anyway, we'll fix it immediately to avoid such thing happening again. Do you mind telling me your email address or leave a message to our Facebook account (https://www.facebook.com/TunesKit)? My colleague Cassidy is happy to help you solve the issue. Thanks for your understanding.

I purchased their spotify converter because the trial works great. They charged my card and said that my receipt and registration code will be emailed shortly... I had to contact customer service that had the audacity to tell me that I didn't pay for their services, even though they charged my card. I ended up doing a chargeback and moved on.

Hi Paul, TunesKit Spotify Converter is really great and most users love it. I'm so sorry that the payment process makes you unhappy. Generally, when you paid the software successfully, the registration code will be sent to you automatically from ecommerse platform Fastspring. If you didn't receive it, and our customer service said you didn't pay, that is mainly because there is no order record in our system, and we have no capability to generate a registration code for you. Maybe something wrong with the third-party Fastspring system, please be kindly to contact their support team for a solution. I hope you can understand this. And I wish TunesKit Spotify Converter can help you. Thanks.

1. Can’t ‘quit’ the application or access most of the menu items - they are greyed out. 2. Can’t export any of the captured audio. 3. The ‘audio capture’ window seems to freeze. 4. Can’t access the ‘preferences’ as they are also greyed out. 5. Have to restart the computer or use the ‘force quit’ option to exit TunesKit. Overall just really disappointing as the audio capture itself is great but the program is just not working as advertised. Also check the so called 'refund' policy. No matter what you ain't gonna see a dime or a nickel back of your hard earned cash...

Hi Gordon, Sorry to make you disappointed. In terms of the problems you listed, have you ever contacted our technical support team via [email protected]? If not, please feel free to contact us. Or if you don't mind, please help use a debug version of TunesKit Audio Capture and send the log file to us. We'll submit it to our R &D team to see what's wrong with it. Before released the program, our testing engineers have tested it for numerous times and found no problem. If it really had vital technical issues, we're happy to refund you. Hope you can understand this. Thank you. Have a nice day!

Bought a backup program to recover an iPhone backup. The program never worked as I couldn’t register my license. An error told I needed multiuser license. As recovering the backup was urgent I contacted tuneskit support many times but didn’t get a reply until almost a week later. In the mean time I bought the multouser license but registration didn’t work after that, either. Same error message was shown. So I simply didn’t receive the product and service I paid for. After this there has been weeks of steady e-mailing trying to fax the problem. usually Tuneskit answers half of them, and the registration/license fixing hasn’t been successful from their end. So I moved on to claim for a full refund. I declined the proposition to refund half of payments as I didn’t receive none of the service/functionality I paid for. After a few more refund claims Tuneskit just completely stopped answering my e-mails. I’m both frustrated and angered as my customer experience has gone from poor to ignored and refund is still (after 5 months time) not done. I strongly advise not to purchase from Tuneskit and also not to make any additional payments if they insist so. My next step is to contact my credit card company to proceed with refund. Also I will contact my legal team, if necessary. I won’t tolerate this kind of behaviour from service provider. I’m a man of reason and tuneskit’s actions really go hard against my principles*, so I’m willing to walk the extra mile to make this right on my behalf. *Simply: no service, no product providing, I won’t pay for it - proper and above service, product provided, I gladly pay for it.
