I think 3 stars is a fair review after all the hassles. I have removed the 1 star review. The software ended up working partially after 2 months. But they still gave me cheat anger calling for a dev update and ignoring my messages for 7 weeks. It was pretty obvious, the software broke and they panicked in front of the 30 days policy that expired as I was about to call my credit card to dispute (I would have waited longer if they at least gave a sign of life). I wonder if Tuneskit ever refunded anyone. Comparing end results of both Tuneskit and Sidify, Sidify still retain more metadata info though. But at least it's not broken anymore. I expect a better service next time.

Tried several times with the free trial but it didn't work. However with terrific help from Cassidy, I have now successfully removed the DRM from all of the movies and music videos that I purchased over the years from iTunes. It is very simple although you do have to install an earlier version of iTunes(and uncheck automatic updates)to get it to work. I installed iTunes 12.9 and Tuneskit in my laptop rather than remove 12.20 from my PC. Very happy. Richard

It worked on the very first track then never again. Absolute waste of money.

my ipad had been stuck or ages but when i herd about tuneskit i was so happy i could run i spoke to cassidy and she helped me get what i needed. thank u again bye

Tunekit sucks the app didn’t work on ITunes. when you download the software it doesn’t tell you what App your purchasing. There is one for iTunes and one for Spotify. It’s like a card shuffle what ever card come out.So I got the one for iTunes. It turns out that Apple doesn’t share there music unless you purchase there music but it doesn’t convert it. Then you ask for a refund they tell you download the correct app before you buy and we will refund you for the other. It’s a lie. They want you to buy both. I’m thinking that by now half there staff got COVID 19 and there brains are fried. I’m better of just buying another year subscription to Spotify. Thank but no thanks

Doesn't work. The support team doesn't respond and the refund is bogus. You are better off taking two $20 bills and lighting them on fire.

I used the software to convert my Spotify playlist (856 songs) to .Flac format. It worked well BUT took a long, long time. Unfortunately, the software cannot speed up (rip) a Spotify tune, so it has to play the whole tune at normal speed and convert as it plays. As you can imagine, this can take forever with a long list of songs. However, I cannot fault the software otherwise, maybe the instructions could be better?
