TunesKitReviews of tuneskit.com

I paid for the software on the 28/06/2018 and I am yet to receive a registration code or a reply to any email I have sent.

Apple Music Converter for Windows does not work on Itunes 12.5.7.9 at all and the work around strips all track information so is unusable - support haven't got back to me after 5 days so at the moment I have paid for something which does not work - not happy

Good Product does what it says on the tin. BUT their customer service is crap. i asked for a refund after the first few attempts using the software. their website says 60 money back guarantee. but what they don't ell you is they wont refund you unless their is a very deep technical problem. i ended up repairing the problem myself it was a hardware fault. but their support were no use and didn't help and were quite rude. ONLY BUY IF YOU KNOW IT WILL WORK AS YOU WONT GET A REFUND.

Very Slow for me ! After over 3 hours only 48% done for a 2-hour movie !! Why ? Am I missing something ? Doing something wrong ? Definitely room for improvements.

I am a newbie about computer software, but I have used the TunesKit DRM Media Converter for Mac to help me convert iTunes videos to MP4 videos successfully within only several clicks, can't believe so easy it is to use, I am really impressed!

I am a loyal customer who have already purchase TunesKit two items, actually they are the same thing for different version, TunesKit M4V Converter. Once I used it to convert my iTunes rent movies, I I was taken aback, so fast and keeping zero quality loss. It is worth mentioning that design of interface has less eye candy yet it keeps things simple. And above all, it keeps pace with the upgrade of iTunes, I never worry about this is a one-time consumption. Keep up the great work!
