I have been trying to put songs on a SD drive to put into my amp so I can play along with guitar. I have tried several different approaches and Apple Music will not let be import them into the programs I use to play along. I tried the higher rated programs and chose TunesKit because the demo processed files lightning quick and it was very easy to use. The cost between the ones I tried was very similar and not a factor. Ease of use, speed of file processing and visual of the program sold me. Quality product resolved my issues that I was fighting with instantly.

12/20/2020 Edit to say after several emails with "Cassidy" (and after writing my original review) I was refunded the second month I was charged. So...it might work for you, and if so great. If it doesn't work for you they will still only refund you 1/2 of the first month. At this point I'm happy to just get my money back for that second month

completely misleading advertisement. it didn't help at all my iPhone, and it also corrupted my iPhone's hardware since it can't communicate with iTunes owing to hardware corruption caused by TunesKit

Made this purchase about a week ago directly off their website. It suggests that their converter works at 5x speed when in fact, it only works in 5x speed for windows. There's no mention of it only working in real time for Mac OS users. contacted their customer service where I got an automated response twice and then a seemingly semi-human response from a woman named Cassidy. They didn't look to resolve the issue even though I clearly expressed to them that I had a Mac computer. I explained that nowhere on their page does it say that the 5X only works for Windows platform. If I'd read that information I wouldn't have made the purchase. Told them that I felt duped out of my money and haven't heard back since.

Hi I purchased the 1 yr subscription for my iphone that was stuck on the reboot apple logo, it works on first try but just for 1 day and again my phone was crashed and when I tried to do the same process its now telling me to confirm if the firmware is correct and repair is failed so definitely its correct as it was auto detected by the system so how can you now tell me that it was not compatible firmware

I had a problem with my old macbook running to his end and the support help me to transfert my license from the old machine to a new one in less than few hours. Very responsive and very nice person online :) Much appreciate and strongly recommend !

I bought spotify converter 2 days ago and it doesn't work. They keep saying they fixed issue but still doesn't work at all. It's scam, i asked to get refund but they said i can't get refund even thought it clearly doesn't work. So i hope there will be no victim anymore and please don't buy it.

I have been using TunesKit for a while and ran into a bug yesterday, where I could not add a playlist to download. I emailed customer service and I received a quick reply. The bug was fixed in less than 24 hours and a software update was posted. In addition to the problem I had reported, another bug I was hitting on occasion was fixed without my reporting it. Excellent software, fast downloads and amazing customer service.
