I ordered three blue skirts for my bridesmaids. They were very responsive to my questions and emails and even included a very nice garment bag with each skirt. The size chart was very accurate, although I was initially skeptical. Thankfully, the size chart was spot on, and if anything the skirts ran a little small on the waist size in particular. Of course, the skirt will need to be hemmed because they are a little long, but I expected this. Make sure to order the color swatches before you pick your color and order something (it really helped me decide). Overall, I am very pleased with the company and would recommend them for the long tulle skirts.

Six of my bridesmaids ordered dresses from here. Five of the six for perfectly (aside from needing to be hemmed) and the sixth is too big and simply needs to be taken in. The dresses are high quality material and look great. I am doing mismatched purples and the shades all look really nice together. I was looking for an affordable option that was still unique and came in a variety of shades of purple. I don't discount the bad experiences other people have had (I was panicking until everyone got theirs in), but I am ultimately happy with everyone's dresses.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this company. I had a very poor first impression with them and their communication/customer service is terrible. You will also see a surprise international transaction fee on your bank statement too- something that they do not tell you about. I will NOT be buying anything from them due to this. Save yourself a headache and heartache with trying to work with this overseas company- not worth your time or stress. As a bride, you should enjoy this journey and not deal with terrible companies such as this.

Well, after receiving my dress, T&C asked me to write a review here. I guess it's to combat their other really negative reviews. I actually had a good experience with them. The dress came about a week ago for a wedding in February. I ordered it mid October? So just a little over a month to make and ship. It fits really well. The bust area on my specific dress is more structured than I though it was going to be, but other than that it fits how I thought it would. I will definitely need it hemmed, but that's really common for dresses like these. So.. my story is boring. It arrived and fits. And the color looks good. But the other two bridesmaids also ordered from this site, so now that I've read some of the other reviews, I'm getting a bit nervous for their dresses since the bride told us to find our own dresses and I'm the one who found this site. I was surprised it was based out of China. I guess I missed any signs on their website while ordering. It was pretty obvious to see when I got communication from them and then the tracking number. Would have preferred to buy a bit more local, but overall, I had a great experience. For those of you who didn't, I really hope they get their act together!

Without including the very long story of my purchase, missing/incorrect items, and a fight for a refund. I WILL say this... When I first had this experience I started posting honest and real reviews about how my process was handled. At the time, they had a 2.5 trust pilot review. After a lot of reviews by myself and others, all of the sudden the reviews shot up to all be positive. All of the positive ones are very similar ("As a bride I was nervous", "Sophie was excellent!!", "dresses are beautiful!") and came in huge waves after a lot of negative ones. Knowing all it takes to write a Trust Pilot review is an account with an email address, it is very easy to flood this page. Not only is that bad enough, but I kept getting Tulle & Chantilly sponsored ads on Facebook-- I didn't even follow them. Every time I saw one (which was weekly) I would write a comment with my experience to let other potential customers know. After maybe 3 of these instances, I was blocked from their page. BLOCKED FROM COMMENTING ON ANYTHING ON THEIR PAGE. Please do not overlook the fact that they do not have Facebook OR Google reviews. They only have Trust Pilot because it's the easiest to spam with fake positive experiences. While there may be some actual humans who have gotten a decent order, I can confirm after seeing the dresses that they are not worth saving a little bit of money. Azazie is where I got my bridesmaids dresses (prices range from $100-$130) and they were beautiful and an actual legit company. Please please please do not order from a company that silences honest reviews!

Wish I could give this company 0 stars. I used to measurements online to choose the size for my dress. When I received it, it was too small. I emailed customer service requesting a return label, and Sophie suggested that I resell my dress and receive a discount on a new one. Completely unacceptable. The dress was also poorly made. Altogether this was a terrible experience for me and I will be warning potential brides to avoid them.

I ordered 6 dresses, 3 in burgundy and 3 in dusty rose. They have arrived, the colour is the same as the swatch, the dress is the same as the picture, they fit very well. We are very happy with them.
