Today, client service is something precious as more and more suppliers are neglecting this aspect fo the client appreciation. The shipping made it difficult due to a third party but Tufina was always calling me every two days to seek if I had received my watch and if not would enquire further. Very gentle and kind after sale service. When I finally received the waqtch it was very safely packaged, nice presentation and boom! Gorgeous! It stands out. I recommend this brand for the quality, long family tradition of pride and client service. Now, My wife wants one! Good job team!

I had never heard of this company. I own Tissot, Rolex, and a gift from my departed father an A. Lange and Sohne. So, I was very not optimistic when I purchased it but I liked the design on it and their family history intrigued me. Once I got it in the mail it had me hooked. It did not let me down. This watch is beautiful. I get so many questions about it. People here in Belgium have not heard of this German company, and are so surprised by my Tufina watch. I own the automatic Macau Theorema. Maybe I have made them a few new customers hahaha. You can't ask more from a watch in this price range. All good!

The timepiece is beautiful and practical. It fits my wrist perfectly. What I love the most id hearing the low hum of the action inside the mechanism. I am addicted to it. The gold and black Casablanca model it's a fantastic choice, although it took days for me to decide. It was hard to pick one, but I have already my eyes on the 2nd piece. Thank you Tufina for making such amazing craft at a reasonable price so we can all look and feel good. :)

I am a very happy customer. I have the Madrid Theorema and Marco Polo Theorema. From the moment I ordered within 24 hours, I received a UPS tracking number. For each step during the processing of the order, Tufina sent me email updates. I received both watches directly from Germany in 4 days. For the prices I paid, I am very much content with the watches. I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this company.

I too am surprised at the feedback on this post. I received my watch a few weeks ago. Still really like it, still functioning just fine, and still my most worn watch. I collect watches of all sorts- (prices-brands-quality). If you’re looking for a watch with great quality, attention to detail, and one that is aesthetically pleasing, and decent price range-I’d highly recommend it.

Surprised for all bad reviews i got one for years and i can say this watch never let me down!

I found a company tufina was offering German made watches. The watches looked impressive after I receive them they didn't have the true German quality, when pulling out the crown the second hand continue to move. There was no company name in Germany that I searched that makes tufina watches no address. Their labor rate is equal or greater than United States and it's hard to believe that the Germans could make a watch that inexpensive. The movements I'm finding out are made in China. Their return policy is extremely very poor you make the purchase and when you receive your product you have approximately 5 days to return it from the date that you order it and not when you receive it. Their customer service is terrible, I received the product for a Christmas present and a week later it was on sale they refuse to refund the difference, it was purchased less than 1 month, shame on them, we know all major reputable companies would refund the difference. This company is all about making the buck not future potential happy customers.

Same im paid uber 300e and next day half a piece vom bracelet broken :)
