The worst customer service I have…
The worst customer service I have encountered. They screwed up the paperwork so my watches sat in customs for 3 weeks. Once I got them, to my surprise one was rose gold instead of yellow gold. If any sticker has been removed they won't allow an exchange. Look closely at the fine print. Refund policy is 10 days from placing the order but I didn't get mine for 30 days. Made in Germany seems false as research will show it is a Chinese movement that is installed at their factory. The advertised retail price is a joke as research shows they are always on sale at the 50 - 80% off and post the inflated price on Amazon so they sale seems like a great deal. If mine truly was a hand made $2400 watch I would expect it to be an automatic not one you need to wind daily. If you want a $400 watch that is kind of cool then go ahead but don't bother if you are expecting something high end. YouTube will give reviews matching the average quality and as a company they are the worst
I don’t see an option to reply to the claims of Tufina so I will add to my original post.
Firstly the fact they are monitoring review sites to try to put out fires from dissatisfied customers is telling that they are worried about people telling their experiences.
Secondly they listed the value of the shipment value at $332, likely what they were actually worth. The claim that they made no error is a misrepresentation. There would be no need to send the invoice showing the amount they charged me for.
Next I have a better chance of being pregnant than this watch appraising at $2400 Canadian as their site suggests. The massive discounts to make you feel that your getting a great deal on a sale price, don’t be fooled research told me they are always on sale.
The positive reviews appear to be on sites that are directly linked to Tufina with a few short reviews at 5 stars but no place for new customers to post.
Some time on the web you can see Chinese sites where you can purchase their “German” movements.
Lastly what was the point of having a US location if they still force customers to pay from shipping from Germany.
It’s a shame that there isn’t a star rating less than 1. You’ve been warned. If I have any further problems with my watch I’ll just toss it in the bin before dealing with this company again.

thank you for your purchase. With all due respect sir, we have no power over Canada customs and how fast they are processing their packages and paperwork due to the Covid19. No mistake on our end was done with the paperwork. The invoices to Canada customs were sent automatically as soon as we fill in the UPS PRIORITY paperwork, otherwise, they won't let you ship it without them. What you have paid for the "invoice", it's simply what you owe due to customs duty fees the country of Canada has. Tufina is not responsible for the Canadian laws.
Regarding the watch being rose, you did order the GM-108-12 from the Oman collection which clearly is a rose. You did not order the GM-108-11 which is yellow gold. We do not see how that is our fault. You did pay less than $400 for this watch and are claiming you have paid thousands on it. Grab ahold of reality, please. Lias like this... not fair at all and further why damage hard working people that are trying to keep their jobs.
Please do not falsely change our return policy. It clearly states that from the date of receive you have 14 days to notify us. And, not the opposite which you are writing here. Only brand new and never worn watches are accepted for refund or exchange. That is a fact with all watch companies and not just us. The return policy with a direct link is given upon checkout. As well, it can be found at the footer of our website.
When you decided to purchase these watches at the price shown on the website you agreed to this purchase since we did not force you, kind sir. You saw the price and you purchased without any of us at Tufina forcing you to do so. If you did not read the details and specifications given clearly on each model where it states that the watch is mechanical. You cannot buy a mechanical and expect to be an automatic just because you did not read. These are great priced mechanical watches at an affordable price. Again, we do not see how it is our fault that you did not understand mechanical it is not automatic.
