Relative to a "humble" watch company located in the heart of Europe and surrounded by the giants of the brand industry in the field, I am full of appreciation for the people of this company, not easy at all, to associate a watch design with a particular origin, but I can well identify this special design of their watches, they follow customer's satisfaction even two years after shipment, it is not trivial to deal with such a courteous, honest and caring service . I bought only one watch from them, two years ago. Not every day you come across a seller like them Well done

BUYER BEWARE!!! I bought a watch for my wife that was too big for her. They refused to allow me to return it and said that it was “worn” because she tried it in once. They are a disreputable company.

I love my watch I get alot of compliments on it it is so beautiful to look at every time I look at it I always find something new. Also I had an issue and it was resolved quickly without any issues!

This is the 2nd skeleton watch I purchased. The first one was the Casablanca black, The 2nd was Casablanca with the stainless rose color. These are the best two watches in my collection. I get complements every time I wear them. I can say they are a beautiful watch.

Supporting independent, small businesses is so important and finding ones that produce a craft like these watches is a true gem. Would recommend Tufina to all!

Their customer-care is really correct, far better than I expected or generally have experienced at web-shops. I ordered a Barcelona watch, I received it soon. But it went wrong. I returned it to Germany and asked to be replaced, but I required another colour of the same model. They performed my demand soon, I got the new watch in 8-10 days. But I did not like the new version at all. I asked them to exchange it, I wanted my original version back. They performed it quickly. All these develpments have happened within approx. 30-35 days from the arrival of the first watch. It is a correct firm (but I could experience this because the first watch got wrong on its first day...)

Watch came quickly and was beautiful to look at. Unfortunately the watch was broken so I had to return. After a little while I have had suitable resolution to the problem and an happy that if I order again the watch would be lovely and if I had problems I know tufina would help resolve.
