The promo wheel gave me a free watch and when applying the code, they did not show me the free watch that comes with my purchase. Never buy from them. Glad I didn’t blow hundreds of dollars on them. Google them and click on Reddit. You’ll see others think the same about them.

Ich habe die Uhr wieder zurück geschickt, da sie mir nicht gefallen hat. Man muss sich vorher die Umtausch Voraussetzungen gut durchlesen sonst ist der Umtausch nicht möglich. Ich gebe die 4 Sterne definitiv für den Kundenservice. Der Umtausch wurde per Mail auf englisch abgewickelt, die Mails wurden rasch beantwortet. Nachdem ich mich negativ über den Kauf geäußert habe, weil ich unzufrieden mit den Versandkostenfrei war wurde ich aus Deutschland angerufen und man war wirklich daran interessiert warum ich unzufrieden war, hat gefragt was hätte besser laufen können und ist mir sehr entgegen gekommen. Wie gesagt die Uhren sind Geschmackssache aber so einen Kundenservice erlebt man heute eher selten bis gar nicht.

worst quality and crap customer service service first of all my watch bought from them it advanced 2 to 3 minutes per 24 hours then it stops after a few months, I contact them after a lot of emails back and forth they said I would send it back for them to fix it but it was funny that I would send it back with a local post and I would take responsibility in case it gets lost they say they don't want customs to see it I couldn't find such a transport so the warranty has expired out and the clock has gone to the bin never buy their products NEVER NEVER 👎

This is a complete scam. The watch looks very cheap in real life The watch stops running a Several times a day. I paid almost 400 usd for a watch that performs poor and looks cheap. Save your money add 200 usd more and you can get a real quality watch instead from Seiko or Tissot not this watch scam company

took a little long but it is being shipped from germany so i do not mind! i just got it and it is super beautiful! the presentation and the box it comes in, really elegant! i loved it, this is a gift for my partner i am sure they will adore it as well. thank you!

Watches look awesome BUT...... Every day, I take the watch off anywhere from 10pm to midnight, shake the watch per instructions 35 times. Every morning the watch stops by or before 7:30am. So, if you get up at 9, you have to adjust. Horrible performance and reliability and mechanical design. Even though the price is low, I will never buy one these again. Swiss auto watches from 50 years ago work much more reliably.
