No membership fees, just medication prices
I joined because there is no extra “membership fee” added to your medication price. I’m new to Yucca Health but so far everything has been very easy and straightforward. Received my meds in a short period of time and have already started administering them. Directions for everything is easy to understand. Glad I found this company to help me on my journey of weight loss.

Customer service is horrible
Customer service is horrible, it's through a bot chat I have been charged over $2000 and never received anything. TERRIBLE!

I have had great success with the shot
I have had great success with the shot! I’m in perimenopause and have found loosing weight impossible but gained a bunch and this has made my life so much better. Hazel reached out to me when there was a double payment coming up and fixed it quickly, she was lovely to work with and very helpful.

Missing medication
Joanna helped me with my missing medication! She was thorough and followed up and advocated for me to get a one time reshipment. I cannot thank her enough for helping me! Highly recommended!
