I was confused on what medication was being shipped and Jilo completely helped me figure it out and had the correct option shipped and I was given a tracking number before the chat even ended. Highly recommend.

I tried to find my previous rating to update but I haven't found it. I had a imperfect experience with Yucca until they reached out to see what they can do to fix the situation. That alone was amazing! I was informed, changes have been put in place to keep issues from occuring like the one I had. Again, amazing! After a conversation with a representative from Yucca, I know my voice was heard and I will continue my meditation relationship with them. Yucca is the only company who provides weight loss medication with none of the hidden cost. It's all in black and white, the medications, the cost and the options. Thank you Yucca for hearing, understanding and providing me with great service and medication .
