My sign up process was a little tricky. Their server was down and I’ve still not been able to log into the patient portal. But I have had great conversations with the onboarding team / Lucky specifically. I’m excited to see how the compound medication works vs the branded Ozempic I was on over 2 years ago.

My experience has been amazing. I initially had trouble logging in to my patient portal and reached out to their support. Not only were they quick in response but also followed up after not hearing from me. And my welcome call with Johann was great. He was super friendly, answered all my questions and was super informative. Would recommend 10X over!

Got approved for my treatment and received it very quickly. Had a few issues with getting my portal set up but customer service has been great in communicating with me to resolve the problem. Johann did a great job explaining all of the resources that were available to me.
